I want to freeze-in-time in today's dollars the note ...

I'll use $25 as a 'standard-pay-unit' and for ease of use, make it 'hourly' and pay for 9-hours per day per employee, with one hour daily going to pay-off the govt-backed note ...
Some day, it's possible, not during their lifetimes, but it's possible, the 'cute puppy and kitten' VALUE the 'genius-expert' higher-ed people said all those ASSETS were worth, will turn a profit ...

Yet it's level of tax-payer provided funding is enough to buy multiple PhD's from Harvard for all the children left behind each year by the world's most expensive, most in-efficient educational-system.
We could train them to do so much, instead it's social-experimentation (usury), and making sure if they want to learn anything substantive, they have to buy it from a Senate-approved university.
That is an ass-backwards system.
They've been crying "educational reforms urgent!" all my life.
They won't fix it -- they just claim 'urgent' as an excuse to 'justify' another funding request, to inflate budgets, over-valuing their 'contribution' to fake 'indispensibility' in self-importance ....
