Silvery moonlight uplifted the landscape throughout the dark hours. I set my internal-alarm to give me an AWAKE-song when the current of global-hostility changed.

05:08AM, PST, and my 'alarm' goes off. The current changed, surprisingly, for the BETTER.

Sitting at the CNN Headline News Desk this morning is my favorite 'robin-in-the-morning,' looking refreshed and wonderful, as usual, sharing the MessagesOfTheDay with the HumanityFamily, you, me, and everyone else. She'd been off for a few days and I have been worried -- none of my business, of course -- but those familiar 'grounding-rods' in life become inspirations themselves, motivating us in subtle ways we may easily take for granted.

STORMS APPROACHING, and this time named 'Rita,' with 'Stan' just behind. Bob, the 'weather-guy' points out the approaching concerns and notifies neighbors in the region to be careful, and on the lookout for each other. It's a wonderful service, and we're fortunate to have these communication capabilities.

Robin says the 'dear' word and it is HARMLESS, yet I'm wondering about it because men cannot say it. No big deal, AT ALL, but just 'one of those things' that is easily ignored. Nobody needs be concerned, of course, however our inter-gender relations improve, day by day.

A report regarding 'GIANT HANDS' catching STORM DEBRIS from Hurricane Katrina is a reminder of many things that protect us, naturally, including our possessions and even LIFE itself. Did you see it? 400-year-old OAK TREES, helping, in more subtle ways than are usually noticed. This was a CNN exclusive, and I'm so impressed with the report itself for recognizing the frailty of our construction, and how integral these ROOTS of almighty strength ANCHOR FOUNDATIONS to support our human endeavors.

A Stairway to nowhere is sitting beside those mighty trees -- attached to nothingness -- but ready for greater advancement. Oh, the possibilities.

And she warms my heart, as always, her REAL-ness, unforced chuckles, Robin Meade sharing LIFE naturally, with the CHAMPION HEROICS of EXCELLENCE and caring. Nothing facetious nor 'reverse-psychobabble' about it -- REALITY, AS IT UNFOLDS and in my own words, TRUTH.

And CNN Headline News just got PLAYED, and it pisses me off -- and if I owned CNN I'd get to the source of it. HOW EXACTLY?

Well, these professionals, sharing the MessagesOfTheDay, were given a 'news release' from NASA regarding a PLAN. But it's not 'truth.' It's science-fiction. Speculation. Nothing based on reality at all. During a time when REAL optimism is so important, so vital, CNN get's played by an agency -- also 'played' -- with falsehoods, 'spun' to seem like, well, just more InfiniteReasonableSoundingStupidShit (IRSSS).

There is not a single business in the world that can produce fictional business-plans as 'realistic' and NOT get laughed at. MOON MISSIONS are nice fantasy, because the 'plan' to get there is totally nonexistent. Not ONE DOLLAR has been allocated for this fantasy, making it a 'speculation fiction,' not 'plan.' It's a fantasy -- PERIOD -- 'wishful-thinking,' withOUT FACT. Seeing as we do not have the funds to RECONSTRUCT AFGHANISTAN -- RECONSTRUCT IRAQ -- RECONSTRUCT THE GULF-COAST -- how can we be 'making wishes' with fictional money on over-draft charge-accounts?

IRSSS -- and CNN got played. A 'nice story' -- not FACT -- speculative crap -- not 'plan.' Big difference. And when we're hurting for RESOURCES, our economy on a house-of-cards, such 'hopes' are nothing more than IRSSS instead of TRUTH and REAL OPTIMISM. On behalf of my 'robin-in-the-morning,' and every single person that works there, I'm pissed off about it, frankly -- I prefer NOURISHMENT with my breakfast -- not 'empty-calories.'

Makes me wonder about Mayor Nagin's (sp?) of New Orleans INSTRUCTIONS -- how much has he been 'played' -- who else is 'playing' instead of sharing TRUTHS? We need REALITY, not IRSSS. This is the most VITAL TIME for the REAL optimism of REAL TRUTH.
